About the Auctioneer

Over the past 10 years Chad has helped raise millions of dollars for local Bay Area schools and non-profits. His interest in auctioneering began many years ago, when he did a simple “Pie Auction” for his school, and raised much more than expected!  As a full-time principal for the past 21 years, not only did he discover that he enjoyed auctioneering, but the guests loved his spirit, and he found that he was often raising double what was expected from previous years’ fundraisers. Chad is able to connect with his audience with a spirit and passion and sense of FUN that is quite unique!

In addition to his years of auctioning for school foundation fundraisers, Chad has a long list of 100% satisfied clients from an array of different organizations (click on “Testimonials” at the top of this page, for a partial list of happy clients!)

Chad’s vibrant personality and well-rounded knowledge of charity fundraising makes for a spectacular event! Since your auction requires countless volunteer hours to pull off, the last thing you want to do is to then put it into the hands of an eager and well-meaning local celebrity or respected community member who is not trained in the fine art of reading an audience and pulling bids from the room!  Your hard working volunteers need nothing less than a professional auctioneer, to honor their efforts!  Chad is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the California State Auctioneers Association. He has a hard-earned “Benefit Auction Specialist” designation from the National Auctioneers Association, and is bonded as required of all legal auctioneers in the State of California.
